Louise Carmichael

Louise Carmichael is the Director of Professional Development. Louise leads the delivery of our executive education programs and works collaboratively with industry partners to create innovative learning experiences that strengthen leadership, governance and social impact capability across the sector.

Louise is a highly accomplished leader with over 20 years’ experience building leadership capability and driving large-scale transformation across a range of industries. As a change and transformation specialist, she has partnered with leaders at all levels to deliver meaningful shifts in culture, behaviour, processes, and operating models.

As Head of Enterprise Learning Design and Customer Success with AGSM @ UNSW Business School Executive Education, Louise partnered with C-suite stakeholders across ASX-listed organisations to design flagship programs to uplift enterprise-wide leadership capability and drive cultural transformation. Louise specialised in designing and delivering programs for executive and senior leadership teams and leading the delivery and global expansion of these programs to maintain exceptional learning experiences with global consistency.

Her experience also includes leading change capability practices at Westpac and Aware Super, and consulting to organisations such as AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Accenture, and multiple NSW government agencies.

At Westpac, Louise collaborated with the Westpac Foundation to establish a skilled volunteering program supporting social enterprises through critical growth phases.

Combining a Master of Organisational Psychology (UNSW), a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology (USyd) and accreditation in a range of tools that support self-awareness, strengths development, and high performance, she is well placed to support leaders in achieving transformational outcomes.
