Dr Jung Yoon
Dr Jung Yoon is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Impact Flinders (CSI Flinders) .
Jung has focused on person-centred organisational management models to enable meaningful socio-economic engagement for people with cognitive disability in various industries.
Jung's research interests include disability employment, social enterprise management, inclusive corporate culture, and social and disability-related policies under the jurisdiction of other countries.
Jung is also a creative director and a founder of co-art studio . She has been in creative industries for decades. She has extensive knowledge, skills and industry experience in digital and commercial creative industries, such as animation, graphic design and brand development. She is currently working with a disability employment service provider to co-develop digital skills training framework for people with disability to create career pathways in digital-related workplace.
