Dr John Kandulu
Dr John Kandulu has over 15 years of experience as an applied economist. Dr Kandulu has worked across the education, not-for-profit, private, and government sectors. His research focuses on formulating and evaluating policies related to natural resource and environmental management, with projects spanning policy, program, and project evaluations as well as investigations into food and water security, biosecurity, renewable energy policy, outreach services, and water quality management.
Employing a range of analytical techniques, Dr Kandulu’s work guides policy and investment decisions, assessing the effectiveness of new initiatives and calculating the net returns on potential opportunities. Currently, his research interests emphasize designing and evaluating diversity and inclusion policies to advance more equitable and inclusive approaches to natural resource management.
