Sally Hines (Chair)
Executive Director, Executive Director Strategy, Growth and Transformation at Each Ltd
Sally has held leadership roles in the social enterprise, not-for-profit and social service sectors, working at the forefront of cross-sectoral engagement to drive positive change. Before joining Each Ltd , Sally was the Chief Executive Officer at Leadership Victoria and previously Chief Operating Officer at The Big Issue and Homes for Homes. She has executive experience across the social enterprise, health, mental health and employment sectors, leading strategic decision-making and bringing together diverse teams, partnerships and stakeholders to support adaptation, sustainability and meaningful social and economic outcomes.
Sally holds a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science, Graduate Certificate of Corporate Governance and Masters of Human Resource Management and is an alumna of Swinburne University.
Miranda Campbell
CEO of For Change Co
Miranda Campbell's first career was in business operations and hospitality, as co-founder of national restaurant group Belle's Hot Chicken. After pivoting her career into social impact in 2018, Miranda commenced the Graduate Certificate of Social Impact at Swinburne in 2020, and completed the Master of Social Impact in 2024. During this time, Miranda has been deeply embedded in the social impact sector, working with notable intermediaries and impact organisations Social Traders, Small Giants and Health Justice Australia. She is currently the CEO of For Change Co. , a social enterprise that exists to tackle youth homelessness. She also serves as a Director of Open Table, and as the Director of Community and Engagement of the Social Procurement Network.
Janet Liu
Head of Social Impact and Community Partnerships at ANZ
Janet is the Head of Social Impact and Community Partnerships at ANZ. Janet and her team is responsible for the governance, reporting and implementation of ANZ’s community investment programs across 29 markets. Janet is a member of the External Grant Assessment Panel for City of Melbourne, Chair of the ANZ Refugee and Asylum Seeker Support Committee, Chair of Business for Societal Impact Steering Committee and a Director of Good Things Foundation.
Janet holds an MBA (Social Impact) from UNSW and is an avid reader of historical non-fiction.
Ruzika Soldo
Head of Impact and Engagement, UNICEF Australia
Ruzika is currently the Head of Impact and Engagement at UNICEF Australia , with more than 10 years in the for-purpose sector. She has extensive experience leading people and culture strategy and professional development programs across multiple industries including education, not for profit/community, financial services, infrastructure, transport and consulting. She is deeply committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and enabling this through social impact work, building the capacity of young people to make change happen, and to ensuring those working in for social good have the opportunities influence through innovative professional development.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership, Bachelor of Education majoring in Adult Education and professional qualifications in change management, and executive coaching.
Dean Cohen OAM
Co-CEO of Flying Fox
Dean works tirelessly to combat social isolation in his role as Founder and Co-CEO of Flying Fox, an organisation that provides social opportunities for young people with disability, and as a Director of All Things Equal, a social enterprise creating meaningful paid employment opportunities.
Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Leadership, and is currently pursuing a PhD at Swinburne University exploring the intersection of social networks and philanthropy.
Dean is passionate about community building and empowering young people to do awesome things.

His journey is characterised by a steadfast commitment to development and operational excellence in business. From managing startups to leading national expansions, Peter believes in driving initiatives that promote community development and organisational growth. He has successfully led and developed social enterprises across diverse industries, including hospitality, tourism, the arts, retail, and facilities management. Each role has provided him with the opportunity to implement commercially viable business models that deliver significant social impact. Peter is the National Social Enterprise Strategy & Development Manager for Westgate Community Initiatives Group Limited (WCIG)
Professor Erin Wilson
Director Centre for Social Impact (CSI) Swinburne
Professor Erin Wilson is the Director of the Centre for Social Impact (CSI) at Swinburne University . CSI Swinburne is the lead agency for the new Centre for Inclusive Employment (formerly announced as the Disability Employment Centre of Excellence). Erin brings lengthy research experience in relation to the employment of people with disability, the design of effective services and initiatives and measuring outcomes of social purpose interventions.
A key focus of Erin’s work has been outcomes measurement for community services. From 2019 to 2025, Erin led the Uniting Vic.Tas-Swinburne Research Collaboration, which developed the widely adopted Community Services Outcomes Tree and also provided advice to governments and the broader social purpose sector on outcomes measurement.
Susan Pizzati
Principal Industry Fellow (Social Impact) at the Centre for Social Impact, Swinburne University of Technology
Susan has built her career around enabling people working within the social purpose sector to create meaningful, sustainable and highly impactful careers and organisations.
Through her personal experience working both in and on the sector over the last 15 years, as well as through her academic and PhD research, she understands the unique complexities and challenges of the social purpose sector.
Susan is the Principal Industry Fellow (Social Impact) at the Centre for Social Impact, Swinburne University of Technology , where she contributes to both the educational and research objectives of the Centre. Susan is Course Director of the Centre's post-graduate and executive education programs; lectures in topics including Strategic Philanthropy, Social Investment and Leadership for Social Impact; leads a portfolio of social impact research projects; and heads up the translation and engagement function for the Centre, including hosting a new podcast launching in June 2024, titled 'Research for Social Impact'.
Susan is an accredited Workplace and Leadership Coach; holds Bachelor degrees in Business and Communications; a Master's degree in Social Investment and Philanthropy; and is currently completing a PhD through the Centre for Social Impact titled ‘Navigating Complexity and Paradox: Leading Business Model Innovation in Social Purpose Organisations
Jill Bamforth
Dr Bamforth is Academic Director for Work Integrated Learning in the Faculty of Business and Law at Swinburne University of Technology where she works with academics and industry to support students’ successful transition into work. Jill enjoys working at the interface of academic theory/knowledge and real world experience. She draws upon 20 years of experience in business consulting, business development and teaching to develop, deliver and convene first and final year undergraduate and postgraduate business units for domestic and international multimodal delivery. In 2019 Jill was part of a team awarded a Vice-Chancellor's Teaching Excellent Award (Higher Education) for the development and implementation of a Student and Industry responsive model for Work Integrated Learning.
