Measuring What Matters: Building Practical Measurement Frameworks

Many social programs and initiatives are creating real change but often lack the structures to consistently show it.
Thu 4 June 2026 (Perth)
This workshop introduces a systematic way of thinking that can shape evaluation and decision-making, helping teams move beyond tracking simple metrics toward more meaningful insights.
You will learn how to define clear outcomes, select meaningful indicators, and build a feasible data collection plan. Through guided examples and easy-to-understand templates, the session builds skills and confidence in selecting the right data sources and planning consistent collection to track progress over time.
The masterclass focuses on developing a measurement approach that is intentional, useful, and achievable. Whether you're just starting or strengthening existing practice, you’ll leave with practical tools and guidance to create a measurement framework that gathers the evidence needed to demonstrate the extent of your impact.
