Vanessa Schilt
Vanessa Schilt is the Education Officer at the Centre for Social Impact UNSW (CSI UNSW) .
She is responsible for co-ordinating course delivery and supporting the education team as well as managing student experience and overseeing the student lifecycle from pre-application to graduation. Vanessa was the recipient of the CSI Professional Leadership award in 2021 for her work within the education operations portfolio.
Vanessa has a background in banking and financial services and extensive relationship management and operations experience. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, majoring in Marketing and Human Resource Management from Southern Cross University.
Vanessa is passionate about working within an organisation that identifies and promotes positive social change. She believes that one of the most pressing issues for young people today is the negative effects of technology misuse and would like to see a stronger focus on partnerships between parents, schools, the community and Government to help catalyse change in this area.
