Associate Professor Janis Wardrop
Associate Professor Janis Wardrop is the Director of Education at the Centre for Social Impact UNSW (CSI UNSW) .
Janis is an award-winning academic leader, educational change agent and commentator on management education, business ethics and governance. With 15+ years’ experience in academia as both lecturer, program leader and manager, her expertise lies in adopting a holistic approach to curriculum design and delivery.
Prior to joining CSI, Janis was Deputy Head of School (Education) in the School of Management and Governance at UNSW Business School. In 2017, she was one of the first academics appointed to an Education Focused academic role at UNSW. Janis is a leader, mentor and champion of education-focused colleagues both at UNSW and across the sector.
Janis is also co-Chair of the NSW branch of the Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australia, and serves on the Oceania committee of the Management and Organizational Behaviour Teaching Society.
