Felicity Jensen joined the Centre for Social Impact UNSW (CSI UNSW) as a Tutor in 2018 after studying CSI postgraduate subjects as part of her Master of Commerce degree.

She is inspired by the passion shown by her students as they discover the importance of systems thinking and design a social change process.

Felicity has a wealth of experience as both tutor and head tutor across several courses in UNSW Business School's School of Management & Governance and is a learning advisor on the Business School's Tutor Training Program.

Prior to her UNSW life, Felicity was a marketer for two multinational companies. She also founded two businesses, one of which was a social enterprise that established a market for the work of East African fine arts graduates and supported an orphans’ school in Uganda. She has fundraised for education and arts not-for-profits and is a company director.

Felicity is a keen advocate of genuine corporate social responsibility and sustainability, having lobbied for environmentally sound local government policy, and easier ‘green building’ approval.

Felicity leads by example with her Sydney home operating on tank water, along with a large solar system, chickens, and an edible garden.
