Celia Green

Celia Green is a public administration and social policy researcher who is passionate about issues of equity in social policy development.

As a Research Fellow at the Centre for Social Impact (CSI UNSW) , Celia is focused on examining the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and is currently managing projects on investigating market stewardship of the NDIS and mapping inequities in access to the NDIS using a systems science approach.

Celia is also completing her PhD at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at ANU, where her thesis is investigating the market stewardship actions of non-government actors in the NDIS.
