Ben Pecotich

Ben Pecotich is Social Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Centre for Social Impact UNSW (CSI UNSW) postgraduate Work Integrated Learning (WIL) course, COMM5030 - Social Entrepreneurship Practicum.

Ben is a designer, coach, and the founder of Dynamic4 – a social enterprise and certified B Corp focused on design and innovation for happier communities. Since starting in financial services in 1993, he's been focused on taking a human-centred approach to designing and leading strategic change in Australia, NZ, the UK, and Europe – combining strategy, design, technology, consulting, and program management. He co-founded his first start-up in 1994 and has been working on start-ups and social enterprises ever since.

He spends his time coaching leaders to solve problems that matter in empathic and innovative ways to create great outcomes for people and our planet, while being financially successful and looking after their wellbeing. Ben is the author of Solve Problems That Matter: Design, Build & Launch Your Social Enterprise Idea.

Ben is also the co-founder of the Sydney Design Thinking meetup (8,000+ members), and a founding board member and treasurer of the Social Enterprise Council of NSW & ACT (SECNA) – the member-led peak body representing social enterprise across NSW and the ACT.
