Rachael Dufour

Research Assistant

Rachael Dufour is a Research Assistant at Centre for Social Impact UNSW. She provides research and evaluation support by assisting with literature reviews, ethics applications, data analysis and impact measurement across numerous projects. Rachael works across quantitative and qualitative methods and analysis.

Since joining CSI in May 2021, Rachael has worked on the CSI’s Mental Health Deep Dive and on a variety of outcome measurement and evaluation projects for social purpose organisations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (majoring in Social Inquiry) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology, Sydney. Prior to joining CSI, Rachael worked in a diverse range of positions across the legal, consumer advocacy, higher education, and environmental consulting sectors.

Her areas of research interest include social policy, access to education and the social impact of climate change.
