Jen Malbon is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Social Impact UNSW. She specialises in qualitative and mixed-methods research, systems thinking methodologies and collaboration.
Jen supports the research team through research design, conducting literature reviews, ethics applications, data collection and data analysis. She values collaboration and relationships throughout the research process.
She has worked across a variety of research projects and is dedicated to the rigour of methodological approaches and is interested in public administration, the wellbeing of young people, the future of work and disability policy.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Sustainability (Hons) from the Australian National University and is currently completing her Master of Social Work. Part of her Honours thesis involved interviewing women about their experiences of fear, vigilance and patterns of avoidance in public spaces.Back to Our People
