Catherine Mai is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Social Impact UNSW. She provides research assistance on projects focused on outcomes measurement, and works extensively on CSI’s Amplify Social Impact Indicator Engine – an online self-service bank of measurement tools enabling social purpose organisations to accurately measure their social impact.
Catherine has a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and Bachelor of Economics (Economics) from the University of New South Wales. Her current interest areas include psychometrics and developing innovative products that contribute to society.
In 2018, Catherine completed a three-month Summer Research Scholarship with CSI UNSW working on the Financial Inclusion Action Plan (FIAP) project, before re-joining the team in 2019 as a Research Assistant.
Prior to CSI, Catherine completed an internship at technology start-up Frapp (now Futwork) in Mumbai, and worked at UBS in Equity Research covering the gaming, transport and infrastructure sectors.Back to Our People
