Carolyn Dent
Carolyn Dent is a Research Associate at the Centre for Social Impact Flinders (CSI Flinders) and a lecturer in Nutrition courses at Flinders University.
With expertise in public health, nutrition, health promotion and nutrition counselling and education, Carolyn is passionate about Sustainable Food Systems creating healthy food environments to support people’s health and wellbeing.
Carolyn’s current work and area of interest is focusing on the food environment in both the University and in food assistance services.
