Course Authority and Facilitator
Suzanna Mahinder is a Facilitator and Adjunct Lecturer at UNSW for the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) Executive MBA/MBAX courses and a Course Authority and Facilitator for the Centre for Social Impact.
Suzanna facilitates across a range of management subjects, including Managing People and Organisations, Leadership, Change, Managing Organisational Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility and Accountability and Creating Shared Value.

This focus has led her to reflect on feedback and continuously improve her approach to facilitation, so as to motivate and inspire students to learn.
Suzanna has won several teaching awards including the UNSW Business School's Marcus Cohen Award for Teaching Excellence in 2018 and the Facilitator Award for Teaching Excellence from the AGSM in 2013.
Suzanna has masters' degrees in Economics, Management and Human Resource Management.
Prior to joining academia, Suzanna worked in the corporate sector based out of Hong Kong. She has worked as a consultant to service organisations in the fields of human resource management, management development and change.
Suzanna has lived and or worked in 10 different countries and has been in Sydney for the past 20 years - a place she now calls home.
