Manager, Education Portfolio
Susan Danta is Education Manager, CSI UNSW. She is responsible for the management of the CSI UNSW Education Portfolio including the Education budget and academic planning for undergraduate and postgraduate CSI Social Impact courses. She plays a strategic role in establishing and implementing systems and supports for the CSI UNSW education team, working closely with the CSI National Education Director as well as liaising with the CSI UNSW’s teaching staff, senior leadership team and partner university education focussed staff.
Susan commenced at the CSI UNSW in June 2018. She has a Master of Arts: Digital Media (AFTRS) and a Bachelor of Applied Communication (UWS). Prior to joining CSI, Susan was Head of Faculty at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS) where she was responsible for quality and management of the faculty, working closely with the Executive team across Finance, Resources, Governance, Compliance. She has previously worked at UNSW Art & Design as lecturer in Media Arts and received the Dean’s Award for Teaching in 2014 for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning. Susan is a PhD candidate at UNSW Art & Design, exploring childhood narratives of migration and exile through animated storytelling.Back to Our People
