Kyrstie Dunn is the Program Manager of CSI’s two national Executive Education leadership courses – Social Impact Leadership Australia (SILA) and Governance for Social Impact. An experienced not-for-profit leader, she brings strategic and innovative thinking to her work.
Kyrstie’s career experience is diverse, spanning not-for-profit start-up and scaling, charity leadership, social and systems leadership learning program design and management, community engagement, career and executive coaching, business generation and advisory services, talent attraction, recruitment and alumni strategy and commercial management.
Alongside her work at CSI, she is also a Director at Collaboration for Impact, where she advocates for and works to support leaders change societal inequities in Australia, at both the systemic and population level.
