Celia Green

Research Fellow

Celia Green is a qualitative social policy researcher who is passionate about issues of equity in social policy development.

As a Research Fellow at CSI UNSW, Celia is focused on examining the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and is currently managing projects on mapping inequities in access to the NDIS using a systems science approach and an investigation of NDIS market stewardship activities, by local level disability service providers.

In addition to her work at CSI, Celia is a member of the research team in the Policy Reform Work Program at the Centre of Research Excellence in Disability and Health, which is focused on developing policy interventions to improve the health of Australians with disability.

Celia is also completing her PhD at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at ANU, where her thesis is investigating how different welfare state models influence uptake of environmental policies in Sweden and Australia.
