This project consisted of two components in the area of rural gendered-disability inclusion and development.

The first component provided training and professional development in disability culture and arts leadership, successful design, development and delivery of disability-arts based inclusion that was responsive and adaptable across a range of contexts and environments.

The second component consisted of rigorous training in social impact theories of change, social impact design and innovation; social impact indicator development and measurement; and disability research inclusive methodologies.

The aim of the training program was to develop the professional capacities of rural disability advocates in gendered-disability innovative social program design to facilitate effective inclusive post-armed conflict rebuilding.
