CSI advisor is appointed Commissioner (social policy)

Richard Spencer has been appointed to the role of Commissioner (Social Policy) at the Productivity Commission and will oversee the Human Services review.

A leader in the field of social purpose, Richard has previously fulfilled the roles of CEO at The Benevolent Society, CEO at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance, and President and CEO of AFS Intercultural Programs in New York. He has served as Executive Director for UNICEF Australia and is Chair of the Primary Health Network in South East NSW, a Director of Women’s Community Shelters, a Board Member of Social Ventures Australia and on the Centre for Social Impact Sydney Advisory Council.

The Centre for Social Impact congratulates Richard on his appointment.
