Internationally renowned speaker Dr Timothy Seiler, Director of The Fund Raising School and Public Service at the Centre on Philanthropy, Indiana University, will be presenting at the ‘Leading for Results' workshop in Melbourne on November 7 run by the Fundraising Institute of Australia. Heightening efficiency in fundraising is a pivotal task in today's competitive nonprofit market and this workshop will build skills among nonprofit CEOs and Executive Managers on how to engage constituencies and the markets to maximise fundraising efforts. Also covered will be techniques for working effective team building, the importance of mission, vision and core values, and strategic planning and implementation.
